Of products from Observer brand of TechTonique SA

Price

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) excluding tax.Any customs fees and taxes specific to each country, are your responsibility.Price changes remain reserved at all times.

Orders

Online orders will be considered first.Purchasing, respectively ordering, these general Terms and conditions are considered accepted.

Time of delivery

We strive to respect, to the extent possible, the agreed time of delivery. However,compliance of delivery times can not be guaranteed.The inability to meet an agreed time of delivery does not entitle the buyer.

 

Delivery Costs

Unless of contrary information, the delivery charges are billed according to the rates of the Swiss Post.

Property right

The marchandise remains property of Tech Tonique SA until the receipt of payment .

However, any risks to the object sold, are transferred to the buyer, which is deemed effective departing from our premises.

The right of return

The marchandise can be returned within 7 days.It must not be used, it must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompained with the Invoice. Orders and special designs are nonretournable.

Billing

Every delivery is accompained with Invoice .When ordering, it is possible to specify a billing address.

Terms of payment

Payment is made when ordering product.

Warranty

The warranty period is 2 years.The normal use wear, accidental deterioration,etc, are obviously excluded from this warranty.

Data Protection

Data is treated strictly confidential.Any transmission to third parties excluded.

Intellectual and industrial property

The products of Observer are developed, designed,elaborated at factories in Switzerland by Mecatyp SA ,Mecanics Consulting AG and Tech Tonique SA.These three companies hold the only intellectual and industrial property on these products.Any copying or forgery is a violation of these rights.

Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is elected at Bulle/FR, Switzerland. Swiss law is applicable.

Responsibility

The costumer is solely responsible for the use of our products. Mecatyp SA , Mecanics Consulting AG and Tech Tonique SA is not liable for failure to comply with safety rules.
